These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rightquestion.ai, www.rightquestion.ai and cal.rightquestion.ai (the "Site"), operated by Right Question, LLC ("Right Question", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals.

The Site provides information about Right Question's consulting services, interactive tools that help you explore where AI may create value in your business, and ways to contact us or book a call. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data at scale, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Consulting services are governed by separate written agreements between Right Question and each client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that becomes binding upon acceptance; engagements begin only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and software — are owned by Right Question, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site's interactive guide is an AI system, and its replies are labelled as AI in the chat. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and is provided as-is to help you explore ideas. Check any conclusion that matters to your business before acting on it. What you type into the guide is processed as described in our Privacy Policy; please leave confidential or sensitive information out of it.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Question, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
